The path to inclusion

The „Pathway to Inclusion“ project is implemented in response to the growing need to enhance digital competences in the adult education sector and to strengthen digital transformation in professional and social environments. Through international Erasmus+ training, System Consult aims to improve the digital literacy of its staff, raise awareness of digital safety and cyberbullying, and encourage the creative and responsible use of digital technologies. The main focus is on building confidence when working in a digital environment and overcoming barriers related to lack of knowledge, fears or negative online experiences.

Main objective:

Preventing adult indebtedness and reducing the risk of poverty and social exclusion by improving financial literacy.

Enhancing digital literacy, safety and creativity of adults to bridge the digital divide and improve social participation

Specific objectives:

  • Improve digital literacy and competencies needed to confidently and effectively use digital tools in both personal and professional contexts.
  • Raising awareness of digital safety, rights and responsibilities online, and reducing fears arising from lack of knowledge or negative experiences in digital environments.
  • Fostering digital creativity and innovative thinking by mastering new methods for creating content and solutions in a digital environment.
  • Support adults with lower digital skills by providing structured training, exercises and guidance to develop practical abilities.

Objectives:

Preventing adult indebtedness and reducing the risk of poverty and social exclusion by improving financial literacy

Specific objectives:

  • Widespread promotion and awareness of the problem of „low financial literacy“ and the risks it leads to.
  • Increasing adults' knowledge of personal finance, the products offered by financial institutions and improving digital literacy.
  • Supporting adults at risk of falling into debt by learning specific knowledge and skills for personal financial planning and budgeting.
  • Create learning content with opportunities to address low financial literacy.

In relation to the implementation of the main and specific objectives listed above, the team envisages to implement the following Activities:

  • Selection of the target group by questionnaire survey and interview.
  • Exchange of experiences and good practices in the field of financial literacy.
  • Develop educational content.
  • Conducting a training course on Financial Literacy.
  • Dissemination of results and sustainability of the project.
