RESULTS
Project No. 2025-1-BG01-KA122-ADU-000329836, funded by the Erasmus+ programme„, System Consult has achieved measurable and sustainable results in the field of digital adult education.
Digital competence
First of all, the level of digital competence of the team was increased, with a specific focus on digital safety and cyberbullying prevention. Participants gained practical skills in recognising online risks, protecting personal data, responsible online behaviour and dealing with sensitive topics in a digital environment. Individual approaches to respond to online threats were also developed and are now being implemented in the organisation's training work.
Technology
Another important area where the project has achieved concrete results is digital creativity and the innovative use of technology. The team learned new digital tools and methods for creating educational content, working with visual and interactive formats, and incorporating digital resources into adult learning. This has resulted in more engaging, practical and tailored training.
Online
The project also contributed to the development of responsible and ethical online behaviour within the organisation. Topics such as responsible content sharing, copyright and digital footprint have been integrated into ongoing training programmes.
Share
At organisational level, the following were introduced new knowledge sharing practices, internal learning and application of lessons learned from international mobility. Lessons learned are used to update training materials and improve the quality of educational services offered by System Consult.
The results of the project have a long-term impact and create a solid foundation for future initiatives aimed at safe, responsible and creative use of digital technologies in adult education.
