By design No. 2025-1-BG01-KA122-ADU-000329836, funded by the Erasmus+ programme, System Consult reports concrete results from the completed training mobility in Malta, implemented in partnership with Training to Malta.
As a result of the training, the team expanded their knowledge and practical skills in two key areas - digital safety and cyberbullying prevention, as well as the creative and responsible use of digital tools in adult education. Participants learned new approaches to dealing with online risks, building a positive digital environment and creating engaging digital content.
The most important result of mobility is the increased confidence of the team in applying digital technologies in their daily work. The experience gained is now being used to update System Consult's training programmes, to include new topics related to digital ethics and safety, and to introduce more interactive and practically oriented training methods.
Within the organisation, the foundations were laid for a more structured approach to knowledge sharing, through internal discussions, exchange of good practice and application of learning to adult learning for those not directly involved in mobility.
The project thus contributes not only to the individual development of the participants, but also to the long-term improvement of the quality of System Consult's educational activities.
