Main objectives
System Consult Association, Bulgaria and COSVITEC, Italy are implementing the project „Finance for You“ with №2022-2-BG01-KA210-ADU-000093760, funded by the European Union under the Erasmus+ programme.
MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THE FINANCE 4U PROJECT IS TO PREVENT ADULT INDEBTEDNESS AND REDUCE THE RISK OF POVERTY AND SOCIAL EXCLUSION BY IMPROVING FINANCIAL LITERACY.
Specific objectives
Promotion
Widespread promotion and awareness of the problem of „low financial literacy“ and the risks it leads to.
Cognition
Increasing adults' knowledge of personal finance, the products offered by financial institutions and improving digital literacy.
Helping
Supporting adults at risk of falling into debt by learning specific knowledge and skills for personal financial planning and budgeting.
Training
Create learning content with opportunities to address low financial literacy.
Main activities
In relation to the implementation of the main and specific objectives, the team carried out 5 activities between January and December 2023.

Target group selection through a questionnaire survey and interview with potential representatives of the target groups.

Exchange of experiences and good practices in the field of financial literacy between partner organisations through meetings and visits.

Development of specialized educational content tailored to the needs of the target groups.

Activity 4
Conducting a training course on „Financial Literacy“ with Bulgarian and Italian senior citizens.

Activity 5
Dissemination of the results and sustainability of the project, which includes the implementation of various communication and information materials to promote the objectives and results of the project, raising public awareness of the problems and risks that low financial literacy leads to, as well as ways for prevention.
