Association „System Consult“
System Consult Association is a non-profit organization in private benefit, registered in the Republic of Bulgaria, with a mission to support lifelong learning, the development of knowledge and practical skills in society and the sustainable development of human potential.
Since its inception, the organization has worked actively to enhance the capacity of individuals and organizations through quality trainings, hands-on workshops and partnerships targeting both youth and adults. A particular focus of our work is the inclusion and support of people from vulnerable and marginalised groups, providing them with real opportunities for development, professional realisation and active social integration. Through training and support initiatives, the organisation promotes the active inclusion of participants in social and economic life, helping to overcome educational and social barriers.
„System Consult has a network of experts from different areas of socio-economic life, which allows us to develop training tailored to the real needs of the participants and the dynamics of the labor market. Our approach combines theory with practice and encourages critical thinking, initiative and independence.
Entrepreneurship
The trainings develop entrepreneurial thinking and practical skills for starting and managing a business. They support young people and adults in building sustainable business ideas, planning, decision-making and adapting to a changing economic environment.
Accounting
Training in the basics of accounting aimed at acquiring practical knowledge of financial management, reporting and orientation in accounting processes. The programs are suitable for beginners and individuals with no previous experience who are looking for a solid foundation for professional development.
Trade
Training in commerce develops skills in customer handling, sales and market behaviour. Participants gain knowledge of the basic principles of sales processes, communication and building sustainable customer relationships.
In parallel with its training activities, System Consult actively participates in national and international partner networks, exchange of know-how and best practices, as well as in joint initiatives with organizations and institutions from Bulgaria and abroad. This exchange allows the organization to constantly upgrade its working methods and apply innovative approaches in training.
